Automotive Licensing

Valens participates in the A-PHY project of the MIPI Alliance. As a result, the use of some intellectual property rights of Valens’ technology as part of the A-PHY project will be under RAND-Z (Reasonable and non-discriminatory license with zero royalty) terms. Valens will not require any fee and/or royalty for the rights to use any A-PHY-based products developed based on the MIPI project for the design, manufacture and sale of integrated circuits.
